March 21, 2009 I wanted a camera to carry in my pocket. Numerus times I just didn’t want to drag a large camera with me to parties or events. Canon 1100IS was the thing I was looking for. I now carry it everywhere.The images it creates are magnificent. The 8 megapixels and 3X zoom makes a picture that you can crop to the point that you get nearly the same picture as you would have with the 5 megapixels 12X zoom lense. The film feature is wonderful too, even better than the I2 IS.Canon SD1100
