The header is empty now, as you can see, guess why?
The header I created was so nice with the NIKE logo and a pic of a shoe …
Now I received a dissuasiveness for € 25.000. Obviously I had the right to publish the TRADEDOUBLER datafeed picture links, but not the pics as such.
(BTW: NIKE law departement denied to have datafeeds given to TRADEDOUBLER, another serious problem)
You have the pic of a CANON camera in your header. Do you have the right to do so? If not, I would guess a dissuasiveness for $50.000 or so could hit you.
I have to learn how to handle these legal things, before I go on marketing, maybe you can help?
Looks like a mistake here can not only ruin your business, but your whole life …

and the camera mentioned in another blog, wasn’t even displayed ! (lol)
that’s life I’m sure.
But perhaps you might end me some review on Sanyo…. video cams? Sherman Hu used/presented it in a vid and it was really convincing . There are of course quite a lot of versions .
