Adobe's Photoshop is a powerful work tool. As the whole world is pretty much using digital cameras now Adobe Photoshop is becoming a household name when it comes to editing photos. But, using Photoshop to do simple contrast and white balance changes seems a bit overkill for me. This blog digs a bit deeper into the tools of photoshop.

This is a formula that I use often to strip the photos that I take of the “home video feel”. I currently only have a 2 mega pixel digital camera and with the 6 steps in this photoshop tutorial I am able to pull a very cool look out of the photos I take even with such a low grade camera.
When photographing people or animals with a flash sometimes the subjects in the photo will have "red-eyes". If your camera doesn't have an automatic "red-eye" option, try using the Photoshop tutorial.
